What was there

A US mortgage and consumer-finance lender on Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud across several orgs. A backlog for months. Loan officers collected client context by hand before every call. Marketing attribution was updated manually. The nightly transfer of 20,000 records between systems broke about every two weeks.

What we did

A two-week first win: mortgage marketing attribution automated at Opportunity creation. Then small governed work streams: four projects in the first four weeks, eight in nine. An integration backbone across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Figure and Encompass. Front-line workflows for loan officers: dynamic scripting, claim queues, role-based priority views. A repeatable release process, DEV → QA → UAT → production, with Go/No-Go, smoke tests and rollbacks.

What came out

Delivery for scoped initiatives went from an internal baseline of 6–12 months to weeks. 13+ governed production releases documented. The large integration releases of early 2026 shipped with no P0/P1 incidents, one rollback in the period. Core mortgage workflows became automated and visible.

What we say out loud

Service Cloud Voice and Agentforce were discussed and not contracted; we do not count them. The money figure for this engagement is not yet signed off, so this case is about risk reduction, not revenue.

Why Advirix

What the client needed from a partner.

A backlog for months and an internal baseline of six to twelve months per initiative. The lender needed a team that could ship into a live lending system every two weeks, across several orgs and a loan system, without an outage and with a rollback they could see.

What happened next

Service Cloud Voice and Agentforce were discussed and not contracted, and we do not count them. The work continued as governed streams; the integration releases of early 2026 are the latest documented, with no P0/P1 incidents.
