Before you book

Is Advirix right for you? A straight answer before the call.

We are a good partner for some companies and a poor one for others, and we would rather you knew which before you spend thirty minutes with us. Everything below is what we say on the first call anyway.

A good fit if

Most of this is true.

  • You already pay for Salesforce and suspect it is not paying you back. Our work starts in orgs somebody else built.
  • Revenue of roughly $3–60 million, 30 to 1,500 people, more than ten Salesforce users.
  • You are in the US, UK, Canada or Australia and your working day overlaps with ours for a few hours.
  • Someone on your side can own the result: a process owner with about two hours for acceptance testing.
  • You want the price before the call and a diagnostic you can hand to anyone, including another partner.
  • A compliance officer will ask for documents. We bring them before they ask.
  • Wealth management, lending or fintech: our named line, with cases to show.
Probably not a fit if

Any of this is true.

  • Fewer than ten Salesforce users. It is not worth your money, and we will say so on the call.
  • A first Salesforce implementation from nothing. We can, but our proof is in orgs somebody else built, and we will say if the Launch Program through your account executive fits better.
  • Banking, credit unions or insurance as the main case. We have the integration proof, not the sector case, and we do not claim it.
  • Twenty-four-hour on-call. We reply within one business day; faster windows are scoped separately.
  • The lowest hourly rate. Offshore rates of $20–25 an hour exist; ours are $65–80 in Run, and every proposal lists what is in the hours.
  • A team on site in your office. We work remotely, with part of every working day in your hours.
  • A number before the scope. We fix the price after scoping, never before.

What it takes from you

Hours we name before the work, not after.

The usual reason a Salesforce project stalls is not the partner. It is that nobody on the client side had the hours. So we name them first.

Health Check: about three hours

Two 45-minute interviews, a 60-minute readout, and your admin creating one read-only user. Nobody on your side writes anything.

A named win: one process owner, about two hours

To confirm the "done" sentence on day one and run the acceptance playbook before release.

Any release: one named approver

Someone who signs the change record. Compliance, IT or the business owner, whichever your policy says.

What we say out loud

Three limits, so you do not find them later.

We claim only what a client signed

Every number on this site has a client name next to it and was signed off by that client. Where a money figure is not signed, the case says so.

Not the cheapest, not the largest

A core team of ten, up to thirty engineers on projects. Big enough to run a backlog, small enough that the CEO is on your first call.

Two weeks is a digital-only promise

The Two-Week Wins is fixed in price. If a scope needs more, we say so in the first two days and re-scope before any work.
