Run · from $1,600

Your Salesforce kept alive, without a hire.

A named engineer who knows your org, a monthly block of hours, and the same release discipline as a project. The first week is a full review. At Viedoc, that is how a system a partner had abandoned got an owner again.

Week 1full review and the obvious fixes
Sound familiar?

The admin left. Or never existed.

Small requests wait weeks. A change on Friday breaks something on Monday. Users build workarounds in spreadsheets, and the person who knew why the Flow was built that way is gone. Hiring a replacement takes six months, if you find one.

You do not need a project. You need someone who owns the queue and releases properly, every month.

What we do

A named engineer, a queue you own, releases that stick.

Someone who knows your org

One named engineer, the same one every month, with the team behind them when a request is bigger.

A queue, worked in priority order

Requests, fixes, small changes, user questions. You decide the order; we report the hours.

A release process for small things too

Sandbox, test, release window, rollback. The same discipline as a project, at the size of a ticket.

Back into Build without a sales cycle

A larger need does not start from zero: we are already in the system and know the context.

How it runs

The first month sets the baseline.

Week 1

Review and fixes

Full look at the org, the obvious fixes done, the queue set up with your owner.

Weeks 2–4

The queue

Requests worked in priority order; small releases with a rollback path.

Monthly

Report and plan

Hours, what shipped, what is next. Tier changes take effect the following month.

When needed

Back into Build

A larger need goes to Managed Delivery with the same team.

Proof

Where we have done it.

A big partner launched Salesforce for 52 users and left. We took it over as a Run engagement: full review and fixes in the first week.

Read the case
For a small team, having a partner who tidies up as they go rather than adding to the pile is worth a great deal.

Before you say yes

Questions, and what is not included.

Monthly, cancel with two weeks' notice. Unused hours roll over one month.

Everything we touch is documented and readable by any partner after us.

Which tier do we need?
20 hours keeps a stable org alive. 40 handles a steady stream of changes. 80 is a part-time team. Move between tiers monthly.
Is our admin replaced?
No. We clear the queue; the admin stays the owner of the org. Many Run clients have one.
What happens to unused hours?
They roll over one month.
Can Run start without a Health Check?
Yes. The first week of Run is the review.

Not included

  • Projects with a backlog of results; that is Managed Delivery.
  • The Health Check credit: Run is a subscription.
  • Twenty-four-hour on-call. Response within one business day; faster windows are scoped separately.
