White-label Salesforce delivery for agencies and consultancies

Your client asked for Salesforce. Now you have a team for it.

Discovery, proposal, delivery and support under your name, invoiced to you. Your client sees your brand on every document, and knows about us exactly as much as you decide.

Named team · fixed prices after scoping · we never go around you

Sound familiar?

The request is real. The team is not.

"A client asked for Salesforce. We do not do Salesforce."

Turning the work away loses the account to whoever does. Hiring for one project does not pay back.

"We sold it. Now we need someone who can actually build it."

The contract is signed, the kickoff is next week, and your developer has never opened a Salesforce org.

"We tried a freelancer. The client noticed."

Missed calls, no documentation, changes straight to production. It was your name on the invoice.

Who this is for

Three kinds of partner we already work with.

Marketing and web agencies

Your client wants the forms, the pipeline and the reporting to live in Salesforce. You keep the account; we build the Salesforce part under your name.

ERP, NetSuite and HubSpot consultancies

A client on your platform adds Salesforce, or needs the two to talk. You stay the system owner; we do the integration and the org.

IT providers and independent consultants

Requests for Salesforce arrive and you turn them away. Open the line without hiring: our lead engineer works as your solution architect.

Examples: a NetSuite consultancy where we ran discovery under their name and the deal closed; a marketing agency where our lead engineer works as their in-house solution architect; an independent consultant who opened a Salesforce line without hiring anyone.

Three ways to work together

Pick how visible we are. The team is the same.

From a simple introduction to a full presale under your brand. Terms are agreed once, per partner, before the first deal.

Model 1

Referral

You introduce, we deliver under our name.

  • You make the introduction and step back
  • Our contract with the client, our brand
  • You receive a referral fee, agreed up front
  • Good for: one-off requests you do not want to manage
Model 2

Subcontract

You sold it, we build it, invoiced to you.

  • Your contract with the client, your brand on the documents
  • We deliver inside your project plan and tools
  • Fixed package prices after scoping, invoiced to you
  • Good for: agencies with a PM who owns the client
Model 3

White-label, full cycle

We run the presale under your name, then deliver.

  • Discovery with your client, as your team
  • A proposal and case materials under your logo
  • Delivery, support and a change log, all branded yours
  • Good for: a Salesforce line you want to open without hiring
How it works

From your client's request to a branded proposal in a week.

1
Day 0

A 30-minute call

What your client asked for, what you want them to see of us, which model fits. No pitch.

2
Within a week

A proposal under your brand

We run discovery with your client as your team and hand you a scoped, fixed-price proposal with your logo on it.

3
From the signature

Delivery, invoiced to you

Named team, tested releases, a change log your client keeps. Two-Week Wins in two weeks; a longer list in two-week streams.

Work beyond the agreed scope is proposed through you, with your margin on it.

What you get

Everything your client would get from us directly. Under your name.

We do not touch your client relationship or your licence revenue.

A non-solicitation clause is part of the white-label agreement, not a promise on a call.

  • A named lead engineer and team, no mid-project swaps
  • Fixed package prices after scoping, invoiced to you
  • Proposal, report and change log templates with your logo
  • NDA signed by every team member; your email domain on request
  • Every change tested before go-live, reversible, logged
  • Support after go-live under your brand, through Run
  • Documentation your client keeps, so you are never stuck with us either
Before you say yes

Questions agencies ask first.

Will your people ever contact our client directly?
Only in the way we agree in writing: as your team, on your calls, or not at all. Anything beyond the agreed scope is proposed through you, never around you.
What if the client asks who built it?
You decide what they hear. Most partners introduce us as their Salesforce team; some keep us invisible. Both work, and the documents carry your brand either way.
Whose contract is it?
In the subcontract and white-label models, yours with the client and ours with you. We invoice you. In the referral model, ours with the client, and you receive a referral fee agreed up front.
How do you charge?
The same fixed packages we publish, priced after scoping and invoiced to you. Partner terms are agreed per partner, before the first deal, not deal by deal.
Who is on the calls?
One named lead engineer, under your email domain if you want. A project manager joins when the scope needs one.
Which documents do you provide for a legal review?
Registration documents, an NDA signed by every team member, a liability statement, a data-access scheme and, on request, a white-label agreement that covers branding and non-solicitation.
How fast can you start?
A scoped proposal under your brand within a week of the first call. Delivery runs like our own packages: a Two-Week Wins in two weeks, a longer list in two-week streams.
