What was there

A financial advisory firm whose Salesforce matched about 50% of its own policies. The team spent 70–80% of the day inside Salesforce. Referrals, advocate relationships, household data, reporting and exceptions were manual work.

What we did

Reworked the household-centric model in Financial Services Cloud: Person Accounts, Households, relationships, financial accounts. Automated the referral and advocate workflows in Apex and Flow: routing, stage movement, cadences, conversion logic, tiers and points. Built the reporting layer. Every release went DEV → QA → UAT → production with targeted tests and CLI dry runs.

What came out

A standardised referral lifecycle with required fields, validations and automatic stage movement. Advocate relationships became measurable: tiers, points, touchpoints, dashboards. Zero critical errors after deployment, no broken permissions.

What we say out loud

This is our only case with a full money calculation and a payback period. We reproduce the same calculation structure on every client since. The entry was a small scope before a larger build, which is how we recommend starting.

Why Advirix

What the client needed from a partner.

The firm wanted the referral and advocate process inside Salesforce without a transformation project, and a partner who would say what it costs before starting. The entry was a scoped first piece with the money calculation on the proposal: revenue the data already held, manual hours removed, payback in months.

What happened next

The referral lifecycle and the advocate tiers have run since release with no critical errors. The same calculation structure is on every Advirix proposal since, and the COO left a verified review on Clutch in August 2026.
